Parish Council Meetings are normally held in January, March, May, July, September and November on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Meetings are usually held at 7pm in Hindringham Village Hall during May, July and September and the Pavilion during November, January and March. The Annual Parish Meeting for electors in the village is held prior to the May meeting at 6.30pm
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings.
Agendas are published the week before the meeting and will be displayed on both the Parish Noticeboard and the Parish Website. Minutes are published in draft form until approved at the following meeting. Please click on links below to view the Agendas, Minutes and Reports of meetings. Signed copies of minutes are available for a small copying fee.
